So Impact
Social Opportunity. Social Impact.

So Impact is designed to promote the integration, professional development and influence of professionals from the Arab population in Israel's social sector: nonprofits, social organizations, foundations and social-impact ventures. The initiative serves as a bridge between talented professionals from the Arab population and social organizations, through training, preparation for the social-sector job market, connection with employers, and support throughout the integration process.

The goal of So Impact is to ensure an Israeli social sector that is diverse, open and representative, in which individuals from the Arab population are not only beneficiaries of social programs, but active partners and leaders in shaping Israeli society and influencing its future.

Alongside its core program, So Impact is developing additional tracks tailored to specific groups:

So Impact Women
A track for advancing women from Arab society into positions of influence, leadership and decision-making in the social sector.

So Impact Accessible
A track for promoting the integration of people with disabilities from the Arab population into the third sector.

So Impact Druze and Circassians
A track for promoting the integration of professionals from the Druze and Circassian populations into the social sector.
