Hi! I'm Ortal
I founded Bensky Impact, a boutique consultancy supporting nonprofits and social organizations, almost by chance. The idea came into my mind after multiple organizations asked me for assistance with strategy implementation, operational processes, resource development, partnerships, and branding. I realized that the non-profit sector needs tailored professional support where budgets are often small and teams limited.
My journey in resource development began in 2007, working at the U.S. desk of the International Relations Division at Yad Vashem. I then spent eight years at a nonprofit in New York, CCAR Press, where I led marketing and sales. Upon returning to Israel I worked in donor relations development at the Hebrew University and later managed resource development, partnerships, and marketing at Na Laga’at Center under the CEO’s direct supervision. My experience is backed by academic and professional training, including a BA in Communications and Journalism (Hebrew University), a Master’s in International Studies (City University of New York), and certifications in nonprofit management, digital asset management, and data analysis.

I help design strategic goals, key performance indicators, and project management workflows, using digital tools and AI to enhance efficiency.
